当院では今般の新型コロナウイルスによる感染症への対策として、お客さまならびに従業員の健康と安全を第一に考え、以下の対策を行っております。

Hoon-in temple takes the following measures against the infectious diseases caused by COVID-19 virus in consideration of the health and safety of guests and employees.
We kindly ask for the understanding and cooperation of all our guests.
検温の徹底Temperature measurement
■チェックイン時に検温をお願いしております。
玄関内の体温計スタンドのセンサーに顔や手を近づけることにより一瞬で測定できます。
スタッフも毎日検温することにより、ゲストの皆様に安全と安心をお届けしています。
■Please check the temperature at check-in.
You can measure in an instant by bringing your face or hand close to the sensor of the thermometer stand in the entrance.
The staff also measures the temperature every day to provide guests with safety and security.
マスクの着用
Wearing a mask
■お客さまと従業員の健康と安全のため、マスクを着用して接客させていただきますのでどうかご了承くださいませ。
■チェックイン、チェックアウト時など、他のお客さまと接近することを考えて、マスクの着用をおすすめします。もし、お持ちでない場合はお知らせください。
■ For the health and safety of our guests and employees, please be aware that we will be wearing masks to serve customers.
■ It is recommended to wear a mask in consideration of approaching other customers at check-in and check-out. If you do not have it, please let us know.
入浴について
About bathing
■可能な限り、他のお客さまと一緒にならないように、個別入浴時間を設定しています。ご理解とご協力をお願いします。
■脱衣かごの共用を避けるため、脱衣室に脱衣かごはありません。入浴時にはお部屋に設置してある脱衣かごをご持参ください。
■ As much as possible, we will set individual bathing time according to your request so that you will not bathe with other guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ There is no clothes basket in the changing room to avoid sharing the same basket. When bathing, please bring your own clothes basket in the room.
